Terms of contracts
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contractual relationships between websites (www.maniaxtreme.hu and www.maniaxtreme.com ) owner Maniaxtreme Kft. (hereafter Seller) and its commercial customers.
Different Terms and Conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity is expressly agreed in written form between the parties.
Contracts are conducted by customer's order (offer) and confirmation by Maniaxtreme Kft. or delivery of goods (taking). If customer pays by cash on delivery, receipt of invoice is considered as statement of acceptance.
Object of contract
Object of contract is every product can bought in websites www.maniaxtreme.hu and www.maniaxtreme.com . Buyer can read essential attributes on item information sites.
Buyer accept all the attributes of items with his order.
Order
Buyer can order in 24 hours of day from websites www.maniaxtreme.hu and www.maniaxtreme.com We cannot accept orders in email or telephone, but we can help you in any questions.
Prices
Our prices for end users are gross sums, they contain Hungarian VAT (27%).
Our prices for our merchants are net sums, they doesn’t contain Hungarian VAT (27%).
Seller can modify prices, but for closed orders the prices won’t be changed.
Payment methods
For paying orders, at the moment there are three methods:
PayPal payment: Buyer can pay any time orders with PayPal. For further information please read www.paypal.com
Cash on delivery : Cash on delivery is only available for Hungarian users. For our merchant partners, there isn’t any possibility to choose payment after shipping. For Hungarian buyers, shipping costs with cash on delivery is 650 HUF (3 EUR) more, than at other payment methods.
Money transfer: Buyer can transfer money on our EUR bank account. Necessary SWIFT-Code and IBAN code can be found in our Imprint.
Items will be shipped after receiving the whole amount of your order. Please note, you must pay all of bank costs. If not, we won’t receive the whole amount of your order, and the order can be only shipped if the whole amount is paied. Please be so kind, to transfer whole sum of your order in 5 working days! After 5 working days our system will cancel your order automatically, and replace your ordered items into our webshop.
Paying by PayPal is the fastest method. We receive your payment at same time, you paied it.
Money by bank transfer from abroad will arrive 3-4 working days after paying it.
Warranty
If customer is employer, customer's guarantee demand that he fulfilled his duty to check and reprimand properly The period of guarantee is one year starting from the date the goods are delivered.
If, despite all care and efforts, delivered goods should be found faulty and if fault was already obvious at the time of transfer of perils, Seller will either repair or replace the item. Seller shall always have the opportunity of rectification within an appropriate period of time. Contribution claims remain unaffected by regulations above without restrictions.
If refraction or replacement fails, if Seller is not willing or able to fulfil, or if refraction or replacement exceeds an appropriate term caused by Seller's fault, customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or to demand price reduction irrespective of any compensation.
In case of fraudulent concealment of a defect or in case of acceptance of guarantee for quality of the goods at the time of transfer of perils in Hungarian terms 17/1999. and 49/2003 (VII.30), customer's rights are subject to legal regulations.
